At Cody Deals, we are committed to delivering your bathroom vanities quickly, safely, and reliably. Please review our shipping and delivery policy to understand how we handle orders, shipping times, and related procedures.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. In case of delays due to high order volume or other unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you by email.
Shipping Timeframe
Once your order has been processed, the estimated delivery time is between 5–10 business days, depending on your location and the size of the item. Larger or heavier vanity units may require additional handling time.
Shipping Charges
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the continental United States. Shipping charges may apply for deliveries to remote areas or for expedited shipping requests. Any additional charges will be clearly communicated at checkout.
Shipment Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use the provided tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress until it reaches your doorstep.
Delivery Partners
We partner with reputable carriers and freight companies to ensure safe and timely delivery. Depending on your location and the size of the product, your order may be delivered by standard courier or freight service.
Freight Deliveries
For large or bulky vanities, delivery will be made via curbside freight. The delivery team will not carry the item inside your home. Please ensure someone is available to receive and inspect the item upon arrival.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your item arrives damaged or if your shipment is lost, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Be prepared to provide photos and a detailed description of the issue. We will work quickly to resolve the problem through a replacement or refund.
Incorrect Address or Delivery Refusal
Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses. If a shipment is returned due to refusal or incorrect information, reshipping charges may apply.
Delivery Area
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
