Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@codydeals.store with your order number and reason for return. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions, including the return address.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item sent by us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of higher value.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos of the product and packaging to verify the issue. In such cases, we will cover return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made, installed, or altered items are not eligible for return. Clearance or final-sale items are also non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5β10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you havenβt received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card company. If you still have not received your refund, contact us at support@codydeals.store for further assistance.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. If your order has already been processed and dispatched, you will need to follow the return process after receiving the item.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return the original product and place a new order.
